Maxwell, Russell L. (Russell Lamonte), 1890-1968.
Russell L. Maxwell was a United States (U.S.) Army officer. He graduated from the United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point with the Class of 1912. He rose to the rank of major general and saw action during WWII in North Africa and Ethiopia.
