Phelan, James, d. 1898.
Catholic priest. Ordained in 1853 and stationed at Petersham in 1854, then at Kelso near Bathurst from 1854-1858. In 1858-1869 and 1870-1879 Phelan was stationed at St Bernard's Church, Hartley in the Bathurst diocese.
