Burlington Northern Holding Company.
Incorporated in 1971 under the laws of the state of Delaware, the BN subsidiary held capital stock of the newly formed Burlington Northern Transportation Company and facilitated the latter's merger into Burlington Northern Inc. (per agrreement on Oct. 18, 1971).
