Starbird, Alfred D. (Alfred Dodd), 1912-1983
Alfred Dodd Starbird (b. Apr. 28, 1912, Ft. Still, Okla.-d. July 29, 1983), army officer, was Deputy Chief of Staff in Hawaii during the second atomic test series from 1946 to 1950.
