The Louisiana State University Office of the Treasurer is now a part of the Office of Bursar Operations. The Office of Bursar Operations is a division of Accounting Services, which in turn is part of Finance and Administrative Services. The Bursar's office is primarily responsible for managing students' financial records and needs by administering billing and collection of student accounts receivable; distributing student fee bills, scholarships, and financial aid; and distributing funds collected from student fees to student organizations. Additionally, the Bursar's office manages Perkins Loan accounts.
