Red River Valley and Western Railroad Company.
The company was incorporated (North Dakota) in 1893 to operate a railway line running from Addison to Rita (now Chaffee). The St. Paul, Minneapolis and Manitoba Railway acquired all the company's bonds, and GN began operating the line as part of its system. The corporate charter ceased in 1893.
