LeBlanc, Samuel Albert, 1886-1955.
Samuel Albert LeBlanc was born on 29 August 1886 in Paincourtville, La. LeBlanc received his law degree from Tulane University in 1908 and practiced law in Napoleonville, La. until 1920. In 1910, he was appointed to the State Board of Education and also served in the La. House of Representatives. From 1920-1930, he served as district judge of the 23rd Judicial District (Assumption, Ascension, and St. James Parishes).
