Virginia Commission on the Bicentennial of the United States Constitution
The Virginia Commission on the Bicentennial of the United States Constitution was created in 1985 by an Act of the General Assembly. Its charge was to "plan and develop activities appropriate to commemorate the Bicentennial of the United States Constitution, including events leading to the Constitution's drafting, its ratification, and the adoption of the Bill of Rights."
