Atlanta and Richmond Air-Line Railway Company
Formed in 1870 by consolidation of Georgia Air-Line Railroad Company with Air-Line Railroad Company in South Carolina; controlled by Richmond and Danville Railroad; opened from Atlanta, Ga., to Charlotte, N.C., in 1873; sold in 1877 and reorganized as Atlanta and Charlotte Air-Line Railway Company.
