"The mission of the Office of Marketing Communications is to enhance the image and increase the awareness of Ursuline College to internal and external constituencies." In fall 2002, the name of the office was changed from the "Public Relations Department" to the "Office of Marketing Communications" (p.18, Self study report, 2002). The office is "responsible for all marketing and communications of the college" (p.18). (Ursuline College Self-Study report submitted to NCA, 2002)
