Goff, Lloyd Lózes (1917-1983).

Lloyd Lozes Goff, artist, was born in Dallas, Texas, March 29, 1917. He studied art at the Art Student League and at the University of New Mexico. His works have been exhibited at various institutions, national museums, and federal buildings. Goff was a Works Progress Administration artist and did easel paintings under the Public Works Art Project in 1934. He was associate professor of art, painting, and drawing at the University of New Mexico from 1944-1947. He is primarily known for his art, but he is also recognized as an author and illustrator.
