Jarocki, Walter.

Walter "Flash" Jarocki was commercial photographer from Hamtramck, Michigan. One of his most important clients was the city of Hamtramck itself, especially its mayor during the 1950s, Albert J. Zak. Jarocki took hundreds of photographs during Zak's administration chronicling the official activities of the mayor and the accomplishments of the city government.
