Peterson, F. Raymond, 1895-1977.
F. Raymond Peterson (1895-1977) was a banker in Kansas and Oklahoma before becoming a federal bank examiner from 1922-1935. He joined the First National Bank of Passaic County, in Paterson, New Jersey in 1936 as an executive vice president, and became the bank's president in 1937 and chairman of the board from 1942-1974. Peterson was President of the New Jersey Bankers Association from 1946-1947 and the American Bankers Association from 1949-1950.
