Christ Church Cathedral (Newcastle, N.S.W.)
The first church on the cathedral site was built in 1812. The foundations of the present incomplete cathedral were laid in 1885. In 1976, the year of the transfer of the archives to the University of Newcastle Archives, moneys were being raised to complete the transepts and tower.
