Beal, Carl H. (Carl Hugh), 1889-1946
Assistant Professor of petroleum engineering at Stanford, 1919-1920, and consulting geologist for tax estimates and depletion rates. Made a geological survey of the lower California peninsula (represented in these albums); later associated with the Marland Oil Company and the Coast Land Company.
