League of Women Voters, Mobile Chapter.
The League of Women voters of Mobile held its first meeting in 1955. Part of its mission is to help inform voters and provide a non-partisan forum for exchange of options about public issues such as health care, criminal justice, environmental quality, and public education. The League also promotes voter registration and good government.
