Kuykendall, George Benson, 1843-1931
Pioneer physician who served as agency doctor at Fort Simcoe Indian Agency (Yakima Agency), Washington Territory, 1872-1882 and later established a medical practice at Pomeroy, Wash.; b. in Indiana; moved to Douglas County, Ore., with his family in 1852.
