Todd, J. Hall

J. Hall Todd (b. 1894 in Westmoreland), a conscientious objector, was imprisoned at Kinmel Park and Walton (Liverpool) before employment on the Home Office Work Scheme at Wakefield and Birmingham. Later he undertook Friends' War Victims Relief in Jura and Poland.
