Weaver, Buck, 1890-1956
George Daniel "Buck" Weaver (1890-1956) played third base for the Chicago White Sox during the 1919 World Series. He was one of eight players banned indefinitely from baseball for alledgedly conspiring to throw the 1919 World Series.
