Campbell, Charles M.
Charles Campbell was an official of an unidentified British steel company. Between July 15 and July 21, 1898, he toured a number of large American steel works on a fact-finding mission. He prepared a report on this mission addressed to David Evans, general manager of the Cleveland Steel Works.
