Greater Baltimore Housing Development Corporation.

The directors of GBHDC were designated by the Executive Committee of the Greater Baltimore Committee and included the Mayor of Baltimore, the President of the Baltmore City Council, the chairman of the Baltimore City Planning Commission and the Commissioner of Housing of Baltimore. Administering the GBHDC were Leonard C. Gore, William Boucher III, and Raymond M. Ehrhart. As the GBHDC had incurred substantial financial losses, the Executive Committee decided on 13 October 1972 to liquidate it.
