Windrim, James H. (James Hamilton), 1840-1919
James H. Windrim was the Philadelphia architect responsible for the design of the Masonic Temple. He was Supervising Architect for the U.S. Treasury from 1889 until 1891, when he became the Director of Public Works for the city.
