Gruber, Michael A. (Michael Alvin), 1855-1943
Michael A. Gruber was a German-American poet, translator, teacher, and genealogist. He was born in Pennsylvania, moving to Washington D.C. to take a job in Civil Service. Among his many interests were mathematics and history, especially the history of settlement in Pennsylvania.
