New Mexico. Public Employees' Retirement Board
The Public Employees Retirement Association and the Public Employees Retirement Board were both established by a legislative act in 1947 (1947 Laws of N.M., Chp. 167, Sec. 1). The Board's purpose is to make rules and regulations, invest funds, and administer retirement provisions for the Public Employees Retirement Association.
