Smith, Stanley W., 1905-

Stanley W Smith was a Methodist Missionary Society missionary in Nigeria. He worked as an educational missionary and was in Nigeria from 1937 to 1952. On returning from Nigeria he worked as a minister in Hastings (1952), Huddersfield (1955), Bradford (1959), Salford (1962), Manchester (1964) and Hungerford (1966). He retained a keen interest in Nigeria and in missionary and church work throughout his life. Smith retired to Leighton Buzzard in Bedfordshire.
