Helena and Northern Railroad Company
Incorporated in 1886 under the territorial laws of Montana, the company operated a line from Clough Junction to Marysville, Montana. It conveyed its property in 1888 to the Northern Pacific and Montana Railroad Company, which in turn deeded it to NP in 1898.
