Rossiter, Thomas Prichard, 1818-1871
Thomas Prichard Rossiter (1818-1871) was a painter. Rossiter studied in Connecticut and in Europe, eventually settling in New York. His father was Henry C. Rossiter (fl. 1833-1834), a merchant who resided in New York and South Carolina.
