Alaska Statehood Commission
The Alaska Statehood Commission began an oral history project in 1981 to record the individual recollections of those who participated in the statehood movement. Included were members of the Alaska Constitutional Convention, prominent pro-statehood individuals, and participants in the government pro-statehood activities.
