DC Agenda Project (Washington, D.C.)
The DC Agenda Project was established by the Federal City Council in 1994 to stimulate the development of a citywide strategic plan of sufficient scope and breadth to lead to measurable, recognizable improvements in the quality of life in Washington, D.C.; came to an end in July 2004.
