Universal Postal Union.
The Centenary of the Universal Postal Union was celebrated on 9 October 1974 and many postal administrations issued special postage stamps to commemorate the occasion. The Union produced a limited number of souvernir stamp albums to bring together all these stamps. Complimentary copies were provided to each member country.
