Eastman, Mary Reed, 1806-1878.
Mary Reed of Marblehead, Mass., married minister Ornan Eastman of Amherst, Mass., in New York City in December 1832. Their wedding journey took them from New York to Charleston, S.C., by ship, and back overland through the midwest (1832-1833), and included a visit with the Beecher family in Cincinnati.
