Maley, John Stephen, 1839-1910.
Took up land on the Greenough Flats, W.A., in late 1850's, built the Victoria Flour Mill in c.1860 (ceased functioning in 1894), also conducted a general store and in the 1880-1890's was proprietor of the Golden Sheaf Hotel at Greenough. In later years, he concentrated on the farm which he had worked since 1861.
