Evangelistic organization executive; born Earl Wesley Schultz, Jr. on June 17, 1924; founded a Youth for Christ chapter in Hampstead, Maryland (1947) and served as its director (1947-1969); married Barbara Frush, 1950, and had three children; worked for Youth For Christ as: Vice President in charge of Eastern Area of United States (1959-1972), Overseas Director of YFC/USA (1972- ), Area Director for YFC in North America (1973- ).
