Floyd, Cyril Franklin, 1900-
Floyd, a native of Phenix City, Alabama, graduated from Tulane University Medical School in 1928. He practiced medicine in Alabama and Georgia until 1933, when he was called up as an army reserve medical officer. He remained in the army medical corps until his retirement in 1957.
