Hopkins, Arvah B., 1912-1976.
Arvah B. Hopkins started working for the City of Tallahassee as a rodman in a survey crew in 1932. He continued his career with the city working in the engineering department and as director of public works. Arvah B. Hopkins served as the City Manager of Tallahassee from 1952 until 1974 when he retired.
