Bruner, Glen.
Glen Bruner, 1897-1987, served as a missionary from the Methodist Episcopal Church to Japan 1920-31, and again 1955-61 when he worked at the International Christian University. He was with the American Foreign Service, 1931-42; in the U.S. Army Intelligence, 1942-45; with the Army of Occupation in Japan, 1946-55; and the Atomic Bomb Casualty Commission in Nagasaki, 1961-66. He and his wife Edith retired and returned to Boulder, Colorado in 1966.
