Wambaugh, Eugene, 1856-1940
Wambaugh was a professor at the Harvard Law School from 1892-1925. His career included terms as member of the board of editors for the American Political Science Review (1906-1913), special counsel to the U.S. State Department (1914), delegate to the Pan American Scientific Congress (1915-1916) and Counsel of the Peruvian Government on Tacna-Arica Plebiscite (1925-26).
