Georgia United Methodist Communications Council.
The News Service and Media Relations Office was established in 1950. In 1982 the office became part of the Georgia United Methodist Communications Council. The office represents the North Georgia Conference and supplies information about the conference and the United Methodist Church to both religious and secular media outlets.
