Henry, Alexander, 1823-1883
Alexander Henry was mayor of Philadelphia, 1858-1866. He was a lawyer, a trustee of the University of Pennsylvania, a member of the city's Park Commission, an inspector of the Eastern penitentiary, and served in the city's Councils.
