Save the Cottage Association (Evanston, Ill.)
Formed in 1998 by local Evanston, Ill., residents and preservationists to stop the demolition of an adobe cottage/gas station (owned and operated by Henry Dawes's company, the Pure Oil Company) built in the 1930s; the building was saved and moved to a new location where it now stands as a tourist center.
