Francis, F. C. (Frank Charles) 1895-1980.

F.C. Francis & W.J. Buckley wrote the music and lyrics for the musical comedy "Tangles". W.H. Butland was the arranger. "Tangles" was first broadcast on radio, 8 Nov. 1928. It was revised for the next broadcast 7 Jan. 1929. It was renamed "Matrimonial tangles" and performed again 11 July 1934. F.C. Francis was also a poet and became president of the Authors and Artists Association in 1950.
