Walker, H. J. (Harley Jesse), 1921-

Jesse Walker (1921-) was a professor of geography and anthropology at Louisiana State University from 1960 to 1971 and was named a Boyd professor from 1977 to 1984 before accepting positions at the University of Hawaii and East China Normal University. His publications include more than 150 books, monographs, research reports, and articles.
