Glenn, Robert B.

Dr. Robert Glenn began his career at Northern Michigan University as a professor in the Department of English. His professional interests included researching the relationship between language and culture. He served as that department's chair from 1972-1973, as the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at from 1971 to 1974, and as the Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs from 1974-1984. He retired from NMU in 1997. Glenn later served as an NMU Trustee for eleven years.
