Ferleger, David
David Ferleger, one of the most accomplished disability rights lawyers in the country, was born in Philadelphia to survivors of the Holocaust. He attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School and founded the Mental Patient Civil Liberties Project soon after graduating. In his distinguished career, he has taught disability law at New York University and the University of Pennsylvania law schools, and has argued in front of the Supreme Court five times.
