International Association of Schools of Social Work.
Founded in 1929, the association encourages high standards in social work education and professional practice of social work, conducts international surveys, and holds training sessions for social workers world-wide. Prominent among the IASSW's activities in recent years is the training of social workers interested in family planning and population control.
