Barton, Edward Everett, 1870-1951.
Biographical note: Edward Everett Barton was born near Butler, Kentucky in Pendleton County in 1870. He attended George Washington University, was admitted to the Pendleton County Bar in 1890, and served in the Kentucky Legislature from 1900 to 1906. Throughout his life, Barton actively pursued an interest in northern Kentucky history and genealogy.
