Frantz family.
Andrew M. Frantz was an attorney and school administrator from East Lampeter Township, Pa. He is believed to have attended local schools and academies. He passed the Lancaster bar in 1861 and began to practice law soon afterwards. He served as Secretary on the Board of Trustees of Millersville State Normal School and as Chairman of the Committee on Grounds and Buildings from 1861 to 1911.
