Vaughn, J. W., 1930-
J.W. Vaughn was born in Baton Rouge, La., on February 4, 1930. He holds two master's degrees, one in secondary education and another in administration and supervision. He is a retired public school supervisor and president of Vaughn and Nunnery Consulting Firm. Vaughn serves on many community organizations, including the Board of Deacons at Mt. Zion First Baptist Church, the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Lions Club, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, and the Freemasons. He is also founder of the Black Achievers Program at the YMCA.
