Century Lighting, Inc.
Century Lighting Equipment Inc., started by Edward F. Kook and Joseph Levy in New York City on 10 August 1929, supplied lighting equipment to professional theaters. George C. Izenour developed the first satisfactory remote dimming control system and began a working relationship with Century Lighting, Inc. in 1951.
