Davis, H. P. (Harold Palmer), 1878-
Harold Palmer Davis was born in Maine on May 21, 1878. He served as Secretary of the American Chamber of Commerce for Haiti and authored Black Democracy: the Story of Haiti and Gold Rush days in Nevada City. Davis passed away on December 10, 1962.
